Outside Kitchener Ontario
We spent the day here, exploring the pioneer homes, businesses, chapel and other historical sites. The kids got to make weaved mats in the weaving shop, we watch a blacksmith demonstration took all the guided tours.
They had two shaded picnic areas, that we ate at and took a water break at. The antique fire engine was also a hit with us. The historic barn was of interest, feeding the baby goats was the biggest hit with our youngest child.
The Village recently was renovated.

We have gone here a few times, they have a well done toddler area with most of the displays for early schoolage children. Children can roam relatively freely with hands on learning and "please touch" activities. They have a cafe on the side, we brought our own lunch and used their eat in area.
